Introduction

This study is to present telephone switches and access engagement project in Algeria.
The avower is QUICKTEL (ETC) Company.
The owner is Algerie Telecom.
As an contribute market, the contractor knew that Algerie Telecom is going to held 300,000 subscriber lines project tender. So, the contractor starts moving to offer his technology (which is new in Algeria) and case to win the trust and the technical satisfaction of the owner which whitethorn allow the contractor to have a better disaster in that tender.
The agreement between both sides was made as follows:
1.Installation of one main site and 8 impertinent sites (3,000 subscriber lines) free of charge.
2.The main site will be in Ibn-Rochd, the outback(a) sites will be in Senia, childs play port, chtaibo, ITO, EDX, Hai Elsabah, Ain Elbeya and Sheraton hotel. All main and remote sites in Oran governorate, Algeria.
3. agendum is open which means no limitation from the owner.
4.All licenses, permissions and endorsement (including data needed) are the owner responsibilities.
Exact resources, schedule and follow will be calculated in the study.
Technical overview to beg off some issues about access network, main site and remote sites are following.
