REVIEW OF PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES

Professional development course cover a lot of interesting and intriguing subjects, which made a great impression. In this review of professional activities I unflinching to choose three aras, which had a biggest influence on me. I will try to prove that these three subjects are favorable foundation of effective and efficient Human Resources Management. In this musical composition I will write about theoretical aspects of these incumbrance areas and will link them to their practical side, which is the main aim of this paper. In addition to this, I shall attempt to connect those activities with situations in real-life and my take in experiences.

PERSONNEL SELECTION

It is sincerely difficult for human resources managers to change over their colleagues, that their department is do a major contribution to companys success. Because it is believed by most of people, that HR departments are either non making products, or selling goods, and in conclusion they do not add any value to the organisation. This is really narrow approach, which overlooks the fact, that the main value in company, is its staff.



In fact HR managers are making an amazing job, when it comes to adding value to the company, by finding really good managers or making them that way by learn and by keeping them in high morale and grim level of stress.There are lots of methods which can help make which interviewee will be most suitable for the job.( Cook, 2009)

At the very beginning I would like to shortly present round early and unscientific methods of personnel selection, which are unfortunately keep mum in use.
The first method is graphology, which is a study and compend of handwriting, and it has been used for a quite long period of while in personnel selection.
