As more and more women are birthing children, the economy is consistently growing weaker and weaker. Mouths need to be fed, and many of these are of children under the age of 2. Swift believes that individual needs to devise a plan to make the babies serviceable and contributing members of society, instead of just another mouth to extend in an already struggling country.
