After reading Kulder Values and understanding my values and moral philosophy I do not feel that there would be an issue working as a manager for them. I may view ethics differently than they do, but I am also open minded enough to hit the sack that there is al ports different ways of calling and doing things. I prepargon worked with enough companies and with enough people to realize my way is not always the go around way. I also am open enough to give my opinion and listen to what others turn over to say.
I own worked with companies where people have different work ethics than I do. I have worked in companies where my manager, point the Plant manager has different ethics than I do. I feel that if I work hard and do my best I should be fine. I know there atomic number 18 different ethics and no two people are the same and nor are their work ethics.
I need to boil down on the company’s values and code of conduct. If I can do that and not let my personal feelings progress to injured than I am doing well.
If I can grain the company’s values on my co-workers then I feel that I am doing what is right. I have worked at one company where some of my co-workers thought it was funny to get high at work. I do not have an issue with this lovely of behavior it was not nor is it ok to think it would be ok to get high at work. I had and have an ethical responsibility to the company to report this kind of behavior. Which I did and I did not lose a place of sleep about. I did what was right for the company and for others who had to work with these people. It did not make the people happy with me, but it was what was best for everybody.
