Goals: I would worry to improve my deliberate habits. I find myself constantly weary from do work. Sometimes I work 20-40 hours of overtime a month. all told my energy is consumed. I am in great take up of putting more constructive and effective time into my studies. I dedicate to maintain a grade point average of at least 3.50. If I can maintain a high GPA then I will be able to pay for the funding I will need to earn my chieftains Degree.
Target Behaviors: I want to improve my study habits so I can be a collapse student. I need to growth my commitment to studying. When I have situations that arise out of the ordinary, I need to start declining work opportuties or even taking leave need re so I can be dedicated to studies. I need to increase studies and decrease work that is not mandatory, I will use positive-reinforcement and keep me in complained.

Monitoring: I will maintain a check list to benefactor with my progress and accuracy. I can make notes to measure my papers.
