Learning Theories

Of the many learning theories that exist, my favourite is the Social Learning Theory. From spy others, one forms an idea of how new behaviours are performed, and on ulterior occasions this coded information serves as a guide for action, as stated by Albert Bandura on this conjecture. I like that this theory bridges two other learning theories; it encompasses attention and retention, (cognitive theory) and at the same time reproduction and motivation (the behaviourist theory). Also, I like socializing and in doing so, I am able to imitate, learn from and exemplar others (those who are of the same level as I am as well as those who are superior to me) by watching them and how they behave, hence the attraction to this theory.
The theory of slap-upest fire to be applied in the classroom is the Social heathenish Learning theory, which came about from the work of Lev Vygotsky. This theory focuses not scarcely on how teachers, adults and peers influence individual learning, but more importantly on how cultural beliefs and attitudes impact the learning process. Through culture, children arrive much of the content of their thinking, that is, their knowledge. The surrounding culture also provides a child with the processes or means of their thinking, what Vygotskians call the tools of intellectual adaptation.

In todays world, many classes comprise learners from all sorts of cultures and backgrounds. In general, the learners have various levels of mentality and intellectual development, which is most liable(predicate) due to their diverse cultures and individual attitudes toward learning.
