This is a literary productions and data basevas article. The authors used m either different sources including semi-structured interviews to conclude that on that point are four themes in emotional intelligence(EI) and how district nurses use it in their experiences. The themes are EI, innate or learned?, nurse education, amount of EI, and leadership. Patients feel more comfortable discussing their concerns with district nurses more than any other profession. They exhibit self awareness and have authorization over their emotions. A nurse working in mitigatory care would require a uplifted level of EI. They pick up to show understanding to dying patients and their families. In conclusion if EI can enhance patient care, maintain emotional health for module and improve colleague relationship further research would be required.
