Growing up, we learn leadership more often than not through movies and stories. Usually these stories have a tyrant eccentric person leader with a million followers that devote their lives to these all-powerful leaders. I thought a leader was someone who had all the answers and told those who didn’t what to do in order to achieve greatness. Now, after studying and analysing great leaders of today, I realize leadership is much the opposite. Great leaders must not exclusively listen to, but even show assertion in their followers. There is a much different cohesive and see-through relationship between the leader and the follower.
